Bookings scheduled before 6:00 AM are subject to an additional RM50 surcharge, due to special time arrangements and artist availability.

DATE – In as little as 1 day notice or up to 6 months in advance
HOURS – Between 6am to 6pm
LOCATIONS – Your home, your office, your hotel – you name it!
CHECKOUT PAYMENT – Secure online payment (Online transfer, BetterPay, TnG E-Wallet, GrabPay)

Cancellation Policy
After booking confirmation:
1️⃣ Rescheduling
- One (1) reschedule is allowed without penalty, subject to artist availability.
- The new date must be within a reasonable timeframe agreed by Beauchic.
2️⃣ Cancellation ≥ 3 days before service date
- A 30% cancellation fee will be deducted.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the Customer.
3️⃣ Cancellation < 24 hours before service date
- No refund will be provided.
- This is due to the artist’s time being reserved and no replacement booking possible.
